Message from OAPE President:

On behalf of the entire Ontario Association of Police Educators (OAPE) Executive, I take great pleasure in extending an invitation to everyone, to our 2018 OAPE conference. This year’s theme will be “Policing in a Global Community”.For over 25 years, the Ontario Association of Police Educators (OAPE) has provided training to Police trainers, educators, and our Law Enforcement / Social Service colleagues, focusing on the latest, most relevant issues facing our profession. This year’s conference addresses how we will continue to serve and protect our communities in a local, regional, national and international level.

This conference is for anyone who works within a Policing / Law Enforcement organization that is dedicated to serving their community with integrity, compassion, and professionalism while embracing new techniques and keeping abreast of the latest concepts in our ever-changing profession.  Notwithstanding the excellent conference syllabus, you will enjoy the networking opportunities that are available to you with like-minded collogues.  Please browse and review our conference flyer and syllabus.

To our delegates!  Our conference registration and meet and greet will start on Monday night at OPC, at 5:00 pm. If you have paid for the full conference or an (Early Bird), all meals and accommodations are included. As well, there is Wifi throughout the College!
