About:

Paul graduated from Carleton University in 1987 and began his policing career with the Kingston Police in 1988. He has worked in the Patrol Division, Community Services and in 1996 was transferred to the Training Unit. Promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2003, he is now the officer in charge of the Training Unit. Elected to the OAPE Board of Directors in 2003, he is looking forward to future years with this organization.
