Debbie Wilkie has been with the Hamilton Police Service since 1987. Debbie is a graduate of both McMaster University and the University of Windsor, having obtained both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education degrees. Debbie also possesses an Ontario Teachers Certificate. Currently Debbie is the Acting Staff Sergeant - Training and Recruiting.

She was promoted to the rank of Sergeant on September 6, 2002. Debbie has been a member of OAPE since 2003
